Saving Mum's and Children

Every two minutes, a mother dies during or after childbirth, and every day, children require urgent, life-saving treatment. The Zahra Trust is committed to saving lives by providing urgent and developmental care to pregnant women and children.

Supporting Mum's and Children Long term

The Zahra Trust is ensuring women in Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Lebanon have safe births and healthy babies. This initiative provides C-section drapes to protect mothers during surgery, prenatal vitamins for thousands of women and children who lack nutrition, and hygiene kits to prevent deadly infections. Local midwifery training empowers women to support mothers in their communities, ensuring that no woman is left to give birth alone, no matter how remote her village is.
